Port City Marina was engineered for larger vessels from the start: more than 200 floating concrete wet slips, a 630-foot floating megadock for superyachts and transient arrivals, and select dockage accommodating vessels up to 400 feet along the Cape Fear River.
Slips in the 60- to 70-foot range, the hardest size to find in the Wilmington area, are a core offering, shown live on the interactive Wet Slip Map. Larger and custom arrangements are made directly with the dockmaster's office at 910-251-6151.
Deep Water, No Fixed Bridges
An Unrestricted Run from the ICW
Arriving from the Intracoastal Waterway, there is not a single fixed bridge between open water and your slip: no air-draft math, no opening schedules. Enter the Cape Fear River at Southport or via Snow's Cut and run approximately 12 miles of deep river to downtown Wilmington.
Select slips offer 10 or more feet of draft, with deep-draft accommodations along the river face for sailboats of any mast height and motor yachts of serious displacement. The dockmaster monitors VHF 16 for arrival coordination. Directions and waypoints are on the Location page.

Every slip is served by metered single- and three-phase shore power in 30-, 50-, and 100-amp configurations: megayacht-grade service, individually metered, with fresh water dockside. The full-service fuel dock carries ethanol-free gasoline and diesel daily from 9 am to 5 pm ET (call ahead to confirm availability), and mobile pump-out service comes to the slip.

Large vessels bring crews, and Port City Marina is built for them. The marina office receives packages and can coordinate grocery deliveries to your slip, dock carts and a courtesy golf cart service move gear and people, and video surveillance with controlled dock access keeps the docks secure.
Downtown Wilmington's restaurants, provisioning, and nightlife are a walk away along the Riverwalk, and Wilmington International Airport is about ten minutes from the dock: crew changes without the logistics headache. The dockmaster's team is on site daily at 910-251-6151.
