Port City Marina is a proud new member of the US Superyacht Association (USSA). The USSA’s goal is to promote the superyacht industry of the United States and serve as its voice. The organization seeks to promote members’ products and services through global representation and networking, advance the superyacht industry of the United States, and serve as a coordinated advocate on major issues affecting the industry.
The Port City Marina has accommodations for superyachts (boats over 80 feet in length) and views a great opportunity with the efforts made by the USSA. We are enthusiastic about the Come Sea U.S. Campaign which is promoting the US as a cruising destination for the global Superyacht community. The Cape Fear region and largely the Colonial South (which includes great destinations like Savannah & Charleston) provide great cruising itineraries for boats of all sizes. The USSA gives us an opportunity to reach the owners, captains and crew of the Superyacht market and unique networking opportunities. Participating with the USSA during the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show was great, and we are looking forward to attending the Captain’s Briefing on January 16-17th, 2013 in St. Maarten. (Link)
